Part-Time Front of House Staff at Homeground Gym AMK located at Cheng San CC.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, handle drop-ins, and assist with membership sign-ups or renewals.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and scheduling appointments or classes.
- Monitor the front area for cleanliness and organization, performing light cleaning tasks as needed (e.g., wiping down counters, restocking supplies).
- Provide information about gym services, classes, and promotions to enhance member engagement.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Support administrative tasks such as inventory tracking and basic reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (experience in a gym or fitness setting is a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems; training provided for gym-specific software).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for fitness and wellness is great.
