Villa Samadhi is looking for a passionate and committed hotelier within our Front Office department to hold the fort and waltz through the night as our guests dreams through their Samadhi state. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working across a variety of scenarios from welcoming our red-eye flight guest to ensuring a seamless welcome lifting their weary\xe2\x80\x99s away, each day is always an adventure. With all the adventure, expect some tranquil and peaceful nights, as we are located in one of the only nature reserves in Singapore.
This position is suitable for the night owlers with a keen sense of detail and ability to think on one\xe2\x80\x99s feet. A big inviting smile and a passion for people and hospitality will allow you to fit right in your wheelhouse and the Samadhi culture.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out the completion of the registration process by retrieving and inputting guest information into PMS system and confirming the guest\'s hotel reservation information.
- Carry out auditing of room reservation information on PMS system
- Carry out overnight auditing duties
- To ensure that all hotel policies, SOP and instructions implemented are followed throughout.
- To take inquiries on hotel room reservations via telephone and email
- To assist with restaurant reservation and event inquiries via telephone
- To familiarize with all ongoing hotel & restaurant on-going promotions
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and special request in a professional manner, always ensuring prompt actions and highlighting to upper management
- Prepare shift reports for submission to accounts.
- Maintain the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s high standard of service and hospitality in accordance to Samadhi values
- Basic cashiering and credit card handling
