Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore We are looking for a Front Office Controller to join our team! As a Front Office Controller , we rely on you to:

  • Be the key contact point in Rooms controlling for the Front Office and to ensure proper recording and follow-up with guests and other departments
  • Controlling and monitoring Rooms inventory with Front Office team and Housekeeping team on a daily basis
  • Ensuring all Rooms are assigned effectively and smooth operations
  • Assist all administrative duties in Front Office
  • Update and prepare proper documents for filling
  • Assist to supervising Front Office Associates
We are looking for someone who:
  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Fully understands front office and room operations
  • Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
  • Has strong interpersonal skills
