Manage guest requests and enquiries professional manner and according to Hotel\xe2\x80\x99s operational standards

Requirements:-
Education in Hospitality or related fields
A competent working knowledge of Property Management System is advantageous
Full Time: 1 off day per week to be scheduled by Management (6 days work week)
Willing to work shift hours, and on weekends and public holidays
Self-starter with a pleasant disposition
Able to work independently
Cheerful & pleasant personality
At least 1 year experience in Hospitality & Services
Able to start work immediately will be advantage
To perform office duties such as co-ordinating with other departments, keeping records of staff work schedules and cash accounting for the front desk. This position is required to mentor, guide and provide coaching support to the junior team and in the absence of the Front Office Manager and/or other Senior Manager, he/she is required to take on responsibility to ensure smooth Front Office operations.
