Welcome and greet guest
Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices
Manage booking of club facilities
Assist in reservations, check in and check out of room guests
Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up calls services
Coordinates room reservation request, status and updates with the Housekeeping department
Handles member\xe2\x80\x99s queries on their account and collects payments as when required
Balances all-cash/credit for rooms and miscellaneous at the close of shift
Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management
Handle complaints

Requirements:

Proficient in verbal and written English
Stay updated about the club events, promotion, room rates, package plan, and discounts available
Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask

Work location: West Coast Ferry Road (Bus 175 and 176) beside West Coast Park

Part-time positions ($15 - $18 an hour) on flexi-hours (Morning/Afternoon/Night) can be arranged
