  • To assist guests with check-ins & check-outs.
  • To process payments & documentations.
  • To provide necessary assistance to ensure guests\' satisfaction.
  • To answer all calls & to assist accordingly.
  • Assist Duty Manager with tasks assigned
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in the service industry.
  • Minimum \'O\' Level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Hotel Management System (HMS) is preferred.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Be a team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
