Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out as well as other cashiering duties
- Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interests and assist guests with making restaurant reservation or ticket purchases
- Coordinate and work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Department to ensure on the overall quality of guest experience
- Assist with any guest\xe2\x80\x99s requests promptly and address their feedback or concerns professionally
- Perform any related tasks as assigned

- Service-oriented and have a pleasant disposition
- Take pride in delivering exceptional guest service
- Enjoys interacting with guests and working as part of a team
- Passion to learn and perform a variety of tasks
- Flexible to perform rotating shifts, including overnight shifts
