:JOB SUMMARYThe Front Office Manager is responsible for all front office functions and associates. Areas of responsibility includes Concierge, Service Express, Front Desk and Westin Club. As a department head, the Front Office Manager directs and works with managers and associates to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures.
