Responsibilities
1. Plan rosters and provide room allotments to travel agencies/OTA
2. Check in guests and attend to their problems
3. 2 years similar work experience in hotel front office operations & IT system
Requirements
1. Able to operate Wishnet IT system and have experience in booking engines and reservations
2. 6 days' work week with one rotating day off
3. 3 shifts from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am. (only perform once a week for night shift to relieve the colleague on his/her off day)
Guest Services
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in and out efficiently.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications.
Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Administrative Duties
Manage phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate guest records.
Keep the front desk area organized, tidy, and presentable.
