We at Orchard Scotts Dental Pte Ltd are in search of Superstar Front Desk who will serve in a key growth position in providing comprehensive support to our clients in all aspects of the dental business. The ideal candidate is required to have one year verifiable frontline customer service experience, as well as a strong reputation for having the ability to produce the results required to place our organization prominently in front of our ideal clients. This is a job position for serious applicants only. Responsibilities The general duties for the ideal candidate include but are not limited to :
- Provide admin support in all aspects of clinic operations and patient care
- To perform reception, registration, administration of patients' visits, appointment scheduling, collection of payments in a fast paced environment
- To demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in frontline services to patients
- Diploma or equivalent with computer skills.
- Experience in Healthcare, Frontline customer service will be an added advantage.
- Mature, positive attitude, team player, cheerful personality.
