Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create extremely well-crafted front-end web applications.

• Build web component libraries, templates, and client-side applications that will be deployed across a wide range of platforms and environments.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Work closely with the UX/UI design team. Collaborate with Business Analyst, Development Team, QA Automation Engineers

• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• Suggest and implement new features and improvements

• Participate in the code review process

• Help identify, escalate, resolve any technical issues and problems that might occur

• Consult and collaborate with team members

• Write resilient code that will be continuously tested, deployed, and performed at scale

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or engineering studies

• At least 2 to 5 years hands-on development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Reactjs and Angularjs.

• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

• Proficient in responsive UI development and React Native mobile development.

• Basic skills on Java programming for back-end development.

• Hands-on experience in developing services that constitute front to back applications such as Java/Web frameworks and tools including Java/JEE, Spring Boot Framework, Kafka, MongoDB, Cloud Foundry or similar cloud technology(AWS).

• Knowledge or experience in DevOps and CICD e.g. Git, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Docker, unit test and test driven development

• Familiarity with the database technologies, preferably MariaDB, MySQL, NoSQL.

• Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes will be added advantage.
