We're looking for a skilled Frontend Software Developer to join our agile development team. In this position, you'll be responsible for designing and building complex user interfaces with modern frontend technologies, while also mentoring junior developers and playing a key role in making technical decisions that influence the direction of our products.

The incumbent's role & responsibilities

Design and implement responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces that provide outstanding user experiences. Advocate for frontend development best practices, including code quality, testing, and comprehensive documentation. Work closely with UX designers and backend engineers to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Lead the development of advanced frontend applications using React.js and Next.js, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reusability. Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality. Engage in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical planning and architectural discussions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.

What we require:

Deep expertise in React.js and Next.js, including state management and modern React patterns Proven experience working in agile environments with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) Preferably 8 years of professional experience in software development. and a good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Hands-on experience with frontend build tools, package managers, and version control systems In-depth knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and best practices Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
