The Trust and Safety(TnS) engineering team are responsible for protecting our users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. With the continuous efforts of our trust and safety engineering team, TikTok can provide the best user experience and bring joy to everyone in the world.
We are building an engineering team dedicated to Trust and Safety's Risk and Response business. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (XFN) that include Product Managers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and QAs, to establish public trust through providing solutions to support risk and response business, especially escalation handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for front-end technology selection and development;
- Optimize the front-end function design to solve the compatibility problems of various browsers and end point devices;
- Improve User Experience and meet high performance requirements through technical means;
- General components and class libraries are written to improve development efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science or a related technical discipline;
- At least 5 years of industrial experience;
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JS, familiar with page architecture and layout, familiar with HTML5/CSS3 and other common technologies
- Proficient in TypeScript, and familiar with common UI frameworks
- Familiar with NodeJS, proficient in using Webpack, Vite and other common tools;
- Experience in common Frontend frameworks, such as React, VueJS, AngularJS, etc.;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in trust and safety or risk control or content moderation system design and implementation is preferred;
- Familiar with main front-end technologies and has full-stack development experience in actual work.
