Job Description


The Role Responsibilities

  • Propose a strategy for frontliners to adopt the new RM cockpit platform.
  • Validate the strategy with program sponsors, frontliner representatives and product owners.
  • Assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Creating adoption plans for projects or change initiatives acknowledging all aspects of change - analysis, plan, implementation, communication and other associated change considerations.
  • Lead the regular frontline communication.
  • Lead the periodic platform rollout training.
  • Developing change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles.
  • Close collaboration with the product owners and technology program manager to integrate change management activities into the existing project plans.
  • Managing the input and output of the change management reporting systems for projects.
  • Capturing data and defining and measuring success metrics. Metric includes RM\'s user experience of using the platform.
  • Consulting and advising project teams on change management.
  • Identifying opportunities and providing expertise to build resilience to change across the frontliners.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Experience with CRM platform adoption and change management.
  • 4+ years in frontline training, platform adoption and change management Experience with considerable in banking and finance industry.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365, however experience with other CRM / RM platforms will also be considered.
  • Bachelors / Master\'s degree holder.
  • First rate communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to/and multiple business and IT partners across different markets.
  • Certified CRM platform trainer such as Microsoft Dynamic 365 preferred.
  • Understanding the agile delivery principles and basic knowledge about Scrum.
Desired Skillsets
  • Understanding RM\'s daily activities, pain points and key motivation factors, especially in SG and HK banking industry.
  • Understanding the Frontline user Experience and adoption tools such as WalkMe.
  • Experience in driving marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletter, broadcast video etc.) to boost the adoption rate of Frontliners on the platform.
  • Great communication and stakeholders\' management skills.
  • Having prior work experience in driving frontline platform training, i.e., conduct trainings to RMs directly.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365, however experience with other CRM / RM platforms will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology. Be able to work in enterprise agile environment as part of squad.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language would be advantageous as the scope of the role will be to work on clients from predominantly in the North Asia-based market (predominantly Chinese & Hong Kong stakeholders).
