What You Will Do: . Making buttercream, sauces, and fillings . Frosting cakes and desserts . In charge of decorating customised cakes according to customers' request . Working with modelling chocolates or fondants to make edible decorations . Preparing and maintaining a clean and safe working environment . Other ad-hoc and/or cross-role duties as assigned What You Should Have: . Willing to learn new skills and techniques . Passionate of art & creativity . Positive working attitude . Happy team player . Good time management to meet deadlines . Able to commit 5 days (including weekends) a week . Willing to work with flexible shift schedule (e.g. 800-1730, 1000-1930) .
