Cutting fruits to slices and placed at display chiller for sale. Fruits like watermelon,papaya,snow pear, dragon fruit,pineapple and rock melon. Prepare fruits cups for easy quick take away of varieties fruits. Fruits inventory- check and update supervisor on fruits stock. Carry fruits and stock into kitchen fridge when supplies comes. Check fruits freshness daily to ensure Quality.Cleanliness - Maintain cleanliness of the shop every day. Washing and wiping kitchen surface and sink. Washing the juicer machine at the end of the day or whenever require. Sweeping and mopping floor at the end of the day as well.
