Your \'day to day\'

In this role with Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd, you will report to the Fulfilment Lead and will be accountable for the full route-to-market (RTM) service delivery, as well as secondary distribution operations and warehouse quality and compliance.

Your accountabilities include:

  • ROUTE TO MARKET SERVICE DISTRIBUTION & PREPACK DELIVERY: Manage RTM service delivery and secondary distribution operations and fulfilment. Collaborate with Commercial teams in ensuring orders are fully captured with 100% fulfilment and high satisfaction.
  • ORDER FULFILLMENT AND INTERNAL / EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: Partner with 3PL provider in ensuring daily orders are correctly picked and delivered on time and understanding the delivery routing and the inventory pattern of each route. Manage all order and delivery queries, ensuring that customer requirements are served in the right quantity and at the right time through implementation of standard operating procedures and adherence to all financial, logistics and sales policies. Analyse and follow-up on cancelled orders, delivery rejections, unserved accounts and other related KPI\'s. Conducts Monthly business review performance metrics/KPIs and prepare action plans for resolution of issues identified.
  • FORECASTING & PLANNING: Prepare and upload rolling sales forecasts to system for Singapore market. Support in improving sales forecast accuracy and enhance efficiency in planning process with overall objective in achieving a consensus and accurate demand plan aligned with business objectives. Ensure inventory is at optimum level to avoid out-of-stock situation. Collaborate with factory planners to ensure supply is able to fulfil demand. Monitor, track and minimize cost of obsolescence.
  • WAREHOUSE & EHS&S COMPLIANCE: Ensure warehouse is compliant to PMI\'s standards in terms of quality, environmental, health and safety, and security. Regularly review warehouse standard compliance and perform yearly QA self-assessment as required by the Risk Assessment team. Regularly review PMI requirement for transportation, warehousing, storage and security of product requirements.
  • PRODUCTIVITY: Participate in and lead global PMI Supply Chain projects to enhance the operation and eliminate loss while benchmarking against other global FMCG standards. Conduct detailed analysis and initiate new projects to optimize delivery and fulfilment performance.
  • PROCESS CONTROLS AND COMPLIANCE: Provide accurate and timely assessment of controls for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process. Review relevant risks and controls during Annual Risk Assessment reviews. Perform daily stock reconciliation to ensure 100% correctness. Support Finance on cash, cheque and banking issues. Ensure inventory reconciliation is performed to ensure stock accuracy.
  • TRACK & TRACE COMPLIANCE: Ensure PMI Track and Trace policies are followed and compliant with the scanning of master shipping cases in the market. Ensure the quality of PM products in the market is in line with PMI policies and guidelines. Provide yearly review and regular training (e.g. visual checking, authenticity checks, and sample size scanning). Regularly review and propose the quality workflow and reports.
Who we\'re looking for
  • Bachelor\'s Degree holder, preferably in Business (Supply Chain)
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain , preferably in FMCG companies
  • Excellent planning, analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and supply chain efficiency a plus
