The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Role Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Strategy & Plans Executive to drive key operational improvement initiatives and take ownership of budget management within our fulfilment operations. This role plays a critical part in enhancing productivity, driving cost-saving projects, and supporting the expansion of our fulfilment capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and data-driven mindset, project management skills, and experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Management and Budgeting:

Oversee fulfilment budgets and cost performance; analyse variances, identify savings opportunities, and implement cost-control measures targeting at least a 10% annual improvement in key operational metrics

Process Optimization & Efficiency:

Lead data-driven initiatives to streamline fulfilment operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and achieve measurable improvements in cost, speed, and accuracy

Data-Driven Performance Management:

Design, monitor, and refine key fulfilment KPIs and incentive schemes. Analyse performance trends using data tools to provide actionable insights that enhance productivity and cost efficiency

Project & Expansion Management:

Plan and execute projects such as warehouse re-layouts, capacity expansions, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and post-implementation review of outcomes

Innovation and Technology Enablement:

Explore and implement automation tools and emerging technologies to enhance warehouse operations, improve scalability, and support long-term fulfilment growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with different stakeholders (Operations, BI, Finance, Procurement, SPX) to align on project goals and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and overcoming operational bottlenecks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations. Proven track record of successful project delivery Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI dashboards) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proactive attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment * Experience in driving warehouse automation projects, knowledge of operational KPIs, and exposure to large-scale warehouse operations is preferred
