Main Responsibilities:
Manage full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and expense reimbursement verification and recording.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, annual audit reports, and perform basic financial data analysis.
Handle tax-related matters, including company and employee personal income tax submissions.
Manage recruitment processes, onboarding and offboarding procedures, and maintain accurate employee records.
Process sales orders, track order execution status, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate communication.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of work experience in Singapore.
Proficient in Singapore accounting and taxation practices, and familiar with local employment laws and regulations.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
