About the role

We are looking for a technically inclined professional who can combine hands-on software development with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. This role involves approximately 70% software development and 30% cross-functional collaboration with internal business teams and external clients.


The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and deploying applications, while also serving as a bridge between multiple teams to ensure project requirements and enhancements are clearly understood, feasible, and effectively delivered.

Job description

Technical (70%)

Develop, test, and deploy full-stack solutions using Java and React, SQL and noSQL databases. Work with deployment technologies such as Docker and Azure. Participate in code reviews, version control, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability. Collaborate with internal IT and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and performance optimization.

Stakeholder engagement (30%)

Collaborate with internal and external business teams to understand system enhancement needs and translate them into technical requirements. Liaise with external clients and vendors to clarify functional specifications and align on deliverables. Support project managers in planning and coordination to ensure on-time delivery of enhancements and releases.

Job requirements

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in full-stack deployment. Proficiency in Java, React, SQL and MongoDB; experience with Azure and Docker is advantageous. Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
