Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate ideas into high-quality, user-centric web applications. Develop and maintain modern, responsive front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js. Build and maintain secure, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, or similar technologies. Integrate AI-assisted workflows into your daily development process using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to increase productivity. Participate in code reviews, contribute to shared best practices, and continuously improve code quality. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Stay current with the latest AI, Web3, and full-stack development trends, and proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. Comfortable using AI tools to assist in writing, debugging, and improving code--ideally producing 50% or more of your work through AI-assisted workflows. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. Experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Express, etc.) and RESTful APIs. Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Interest in blockchain, staking, and decentralized technologies is a plus.
