Job Description
:
Proficiency in Python, with practical experience in web development frameworks, standard libraries, and testing tools such as Pytest, Unittest, or Nose. Strong working knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools; familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS. Experience working in Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Test-Driven Development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A team player with a growth mindset--eager to collaborate, learn, and work independently when needed. Passionate about leveraging technology to enhance or transform business processes and deliver value. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, including solution design, testing, and production support.
Good to have skill:
Experience in developing AI/ML applications and a good understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML development lifecycle. Knowledge of object-oriented programming and hands-on experience with languages such as Java or C#. * Prior exposure to the financial services or capital markets industry--especially in developing, analyzing, or implementing front-office trading systems and applications.
