We're looking for a Full Stack Senior Developer to:

• design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
• apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment
• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
• understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.
• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll be working in the "CDIO WM Japan Team" in Singapore location focusing on "Be A Client to UBS" and "Trade & Transfer Assets" stream.

Your expertise

• minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as Java Developer, focusing on Java 8 (Java 11 is plus), finance sector background a plus
• strong React and core Java development skills (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST)
• database experience with Oracle. PostgreSQL is plus
• experience working with micro service based architecture. Cloud knowledge and Kubernetes is preferred
• knowledge of Tomcat, Kafka, MQ, File Transfer Protocol MFT good to have
• Hands-on experience on version control and continuous integration tools (GitLab, GitLab Pipelines, Ansible) and code inspection tools (SonarQube, Fortify)
• produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing
• proactively participation in design, plan and deliver solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment
