About the Role
We are looking for talented Full Stack Engineers to join our product teams in developing impactful digital solutions for government agencies.
You will work alongside cross-functional squads of Quality Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Owners to build meaningful software products that serve public sector users and citizens.
Key Responsibilities
Build and iterate on high-quality digital products in collaboration with government agencies. Work within cross-functional product teams to deliver user-centred solutions. Champion modern technologies, practices, and tools to accelerate product delivery. Actively engage in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). Develop clean, maintainable code that ensures scalability and rapid iteration. Conduct code reviews and share technical knowledge across the team. Prioritize and execute features in fast-paced product environments.
Essential Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT. Strong programming fundamentals. Experience with ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, .Net. Familiarity with cloud-based development, CI/CD, and Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Team player with a passion for creating meaningful digital products.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, Cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to SHIP-HATS, APEX, or Cloud File Transfer (CFT). * Knowledge-sharing mindset with the ability to mentor team members.
