What you will be working on:

Design scalable architectures and solutions Write code that is secured, clean and maintainable Practice pair programming or code reviews Write tests. Many teams practice Test Driven Development (TDD), and all teams have unit tests and integration tests Work with a range of technologies. We choose languages and frameworks that best fit the product we're building. Technologies we use include but not limited to, Node.js, TypeScript, React, React Native, python, Golang, Terraform, etc. Work with AWS or Azure native services and technologies Tackle a wide variety of challenges across the technical stack Participate in regular tech-sharing sessions and team retrospectives Strong understanding and appreciation of positive team culture. Care about growing and coaching staff You will also collaborate closely with the other members of the cross-functional team:
o Work with designers to understand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then continually prototype, test, and iterate


o Work with DevOps practitioners to manage Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) pipelines, to ensure fast feedback loops and seamless deployments


o Work with Product Owners to craft user stories by providing technical analysis

What we are looking for:

More than 2 years of experience in API/backend development and integration using NodeJS and Python Practitioner in agile development, secure pipelines and deployment automation Familiar with cloud services such as AWS, Azure and GCP Strong understanding of programming fundamentals Good analytical and problem-solving skills Keen sense of learning & self-discovery Team players with good communication skills Understand about cloud infrastructure deployment and automation A healthy discontent with the status quo, and an itch to improve things The following are added advantages:
o Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related disciplines


o Experience in modern web application technology stacks


o Familiarity with software engineering best practices


o Experience in automated testing, and database management


o Experience in Elastic platform
