Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Maintenance:

Design, implement and maintain scalable backend services using

NodeJS

Develop interactive user interfaces and components using

React or Vue

Manage and optimize

MongoDB

and

SupaBase

databases for high performance and scalability Good understanding of

Microservices Architecture

, API design

2. Cloud Deployment & Operations:

Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on

Azure

, ensuring high availability and performance Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration Leverage Azure services

3. Web Application Security Enhancements

Design and implement security mechanisms for applications, networks, and data storage to safeguard against unauthorized access, breaches, and vulnerabilities. This may include but not limited to encryption protocols, authentication mechanisms, access controls, vulnerability scanners to enhance security. Ensure all security implementations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).

4. Collaboration & Best Practices:

Work closely with compliance department, data crawler and machine learning team to develop functionalities for both front and back end Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and specifications Prepare test data for user acceptance test scenarios Ensure that documentation is version-controlled, regularly updated, and accessible to internal stakeholders Prepare user guides and training materials to educate employees and clients Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards critical for risk management applications. Prepare project status reports for stakeholders

5. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience handling

AI applications

Proficiency in NodeJS:

Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices

Experience with React:

Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API)

MongoDB and SupaBase Expertise:

Ability to design schemas and optimize queries for performance

Tailwind CSS:

Experience in using such CSS framework

Azure Deployment:

Hands-on experience with deploying applications on Azure, leveraging its cloud-native features Familiarity with

Github

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and monitoring tools Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and best practices in web application security Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degrees Experience with risk management applications or other SaaS platforms Certification in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate)
