Job Purpose

• Develop, test, and deploy web solutions for EV and Charger platform-related products, driving technological innovation and user-centric design.
• Embrace a hands-on approach throughout the development lifecycle, from conceptualization and coding to testing and deployment, embodying a relentless

pursuit of technological excellence and advancement.

• Forge collaborative partnerships with multidisciplinary teams, including product engineers and product managers, orchestrating release cycles and responding

adeptly to emergent client needs with agility.

• Assume stewardship over the quality assurance process, conducting manual testing procedures and staging and deployment of servers, ensuring the reliability of

production environments.

• Architect and implement scalable and resilient web architectures, leveraging expertise in performance optimization and infrastructure design.
• Perform codebase maintenance tasks, including merge conflict resolution and refactoring to enhance application scalability and developer operations.
• Integrate robust security measures at every stage of the development process, ensuring integrity, confidentiality and availability of software systems.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years experiences and possess a bachelor\'s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in full-stack development, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and popular frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue), and Python language, database design principles and data modelling.
• Demonstrate proficiency in mobile app development, with a keen eye for intuitive design and seamless integration across diverse platforms, elevating the user

experience to new heights.

• Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices with finesse, orchestrating streamlined release pipelines and fostering a culture of

continuous improvement and rapid iteration.

• Showcase adeptness in planning and executing release cycles, harmonizing stakeholder expectations with technical realities to deliver solutions on time and

within scope.

• Experience with manual QA testing methodologies and deployment processes.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of web architecture fundamentals, with a focus on crafting scalable, maintainable, and resilient systems that adapt to evolving

requirements.

• Exhibit proficiency in codebase maintenance, adeptly resolving merge conflicts and executing refactoring initiatives to foster codebase health and elevate efficiency.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of security principles and best practices, with experience implementing

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, and Java for comprehensive web and backend development.
• Experience with Dart or any other native mobile framework language.
• Expertise in Cloud Administration, DevOps practices, deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and databases.
• Demonstrated ability as a collaborative team player with an unwavering commitment to detail, continuous improvement, and innovation, ensuring the delivery high-quality
