Description

As a Full Stack Web Developer in the Corporate R&D division at BandLab Technologies, your role will be instrumental in innovating and executing technology solutions across the organization. You\'ll be responsible for developing a variety of web applications, integrating new technologies, and working in collaboration with different teams to support and enhance our corporate tech infrastructure and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications, leveraging technologies such as Next.js, Tailwind, React, Airtable, and Contentful
• Analyze and translate project requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks
• Ensure all web development projects are high-performing, responsive, and exhibit meticulous attention to detail
• Adapt web solutions to align with diverse brand identities within the corporate portfolio
• Communicate technical challenges and questions effectively across various departments
• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, upholding quality and efficiency standards

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience as a Web Developer, with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing both frontend and backend (serverless based applications) development skills
• Proficiency in technologies such as Next.js, Tailwind, and React
• Experience deploying on Netlify, Vercel
• Prior experience in dynamic, project-oriented environments, such as digital agencies
• Strong understanding of project requirements and the ability to convert them into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
• A detail-oriented approach, committed to creating high-quality, user-focused web experiences
