Lao ASEAN Leasing Public Company, Ltd is public listed and the largest leasing company in Laos. The company provides financing to corporate and individuals to acquire automobiles and heavy equipment. The Company has over 600 employees located in its headquarters in Vientiane and branches in all the major cities in Laos, Singapore and Sri Lanka.

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Web Developer, you should be comfortable around front-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities

Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions Design client-side and server-side architecture Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design Develop and manage well-functioning database applications Write effective API driven front-ends Adhering to best coding practices in software development Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software Create security and data protection settings Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Requirements and skills

8-10+ years proven experience as a full-stack developer or similar role

Minimum of 8-10years experience in ReactJS or PHP or Python/Django.

Experience developing desktop and mobile applications Familiarity with a version control system such as git

Familiarity with micro-services will be an added advantage

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Node.js) and Material UI Familiarity with databases Excellent communication and teamwork skills Great attention to detail and organizational skills Degree in Computer Science or equivalent skill in a related field
