We\'re seeking a dedicated and organized individual to support our growing tuition agency and centre. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and high-level service for our tutors and clients. If you are a proactive person with a strong attention to detail, this may be the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake various administrative tasks including, but not limited to:Data entry and disseminating new tuition assignments across multiple channels.
Dispatching confirmation emails and invoices to clients.
Actively following up with our existing client base.
Coordinating with both tutors and clients about introducing new classes at our tuition centre.
Assisting walk-in customers with their queries and needs.
Miscellaneous admin tasks as they arise. Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: \'A\' Level students and graduates are preferred.
- Availability to work 7 hours a day, 6 days a week: 1pm to 8pm on weekdays and 12pm to 7pm on Saturdays.
- Ability to commit for a minimum duration of 1 year.
- Exceptional proficiency in English.
- Familiarity or skills in the following areas will be advantageous (please highlight in your application):Tutoring experience
Past work in a tuition centre or recruiting agency Additional Information:
- Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you\'re set up for success.
- Compensation: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month.
- The role requires weekend availability.
- Expected to begin on 17/10/2023.
