Warmly welcoming clients and their families, including babies and children
Scheduling clients and calendar management
Handling payments and basic financial tasks
Client communication (in person, phone, messages and emails)
Administrative work and day-to-day chiropractic space operations
Assisting with client flow to ensure smooth sessions
Maintaining a clean, organised and inviting clinic environment
Managing and supporting social media content and engagement
Reaching out to companies for partnerships
Supporting ad-hoc tasks as needed
