Roles & Responsibilities If you are passionate about dance, love teaching children, adult students and self-motivated, M.A BALLET is the school you are looking for!
As a Dance Teacher, you are required to:

• Prepare stimulating resources for classes. Toddler to Adult and prepare students for a professional career in dance.
• Have the capability to lead, groom, value-add and direct junior dance teachers to attain quality teaching and management skills like themselves.
• Be independent, self-driven and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Explain and demonstrate proper techniques.
• Ability to connect and capture students’ attention, deliver information clearly, concisely and effectively.
• Create choreography for annual student production, select accompanying music and costume.
• Participate in any M.A BALLET events such as Concerts & public performances.
• Conduct parent-teacher interviews /open house twice yearly.
• Attend professional development sessions to improve his/her teaching methods and maintain curriculum currency.
• Present a professional image in dressing at all times.

Requirements For Classical Ballet Teacher:

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
• RAD/ CSTD Advanced Certificate of Achievement or Dance Diploma.
• Possessing a RAD/CSTD Teaching Certificate will be an added advantage.
• Should be self-motivated, independent and equipped with good interpersonal and communication skills.
