Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and other drinks in the menu according to SOP and ensuring quality is consistent at all times.
- Manage the service team in the outlet
- Maintain cleanliness of work station area.
- Ensure sufficient inventory in the outlet
- Perform cashiering duties
- In charge of opening and closing for each shift.
Requirements
Knowledge about basic calibration of coffee and know how to pour simple latte art such as heart and tulip.- Any past cafe barista or managerial experience would be advantageous.
