Welcome and serve guest in an efficient and friendly manner and provide a high level of product and service knowledge.
Facilitate efficient guest flow throughout the greeting and gathering areas.
Deal with guest issues directly and resolve promptly whenever possible. Escalate to Team Leader when required
Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring guests have all necessary information and assistance.
Manage box office operations, including ticket sales, distribution, and resolving any ticket-related issues.
Forward all guest feedback regarding guest experience and complaints to the Venue Manager to review.
Safety
Communicate safety briefings and enforce safety rules to guests.
Contribute to a safe environment for all guests, team members and contractors with a prevention focus.
Abide by safety updates and changes communicated by management.
Event Management
Prepare and set up event spaces.
Deliver a coordinated event experience from arrival to departure.
Stock Management & Merchandise
Stock and present merchandise according to standards.
Manage stock rotation, sales, and storage.
Ensure accurate inventory records.
Presentation & Cleanliness
Maintain a wall presented and clean premises
Requirement
