Job Description
We are looking for Healthcare Assistant / Patient Care Assistant / Caregivers who are strongly aligned with our mission to make care more accessible to people in our community. You will be deployed in the Interim Caregiver Service (ICS) unit.Interim Caregiver Service (ICS) is a form of transitional care that focuses on providing personal home care for individuals who are medically fit and able to be discharged from the hospital before long-term arrangements are in place such as Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) or Nursing Home placement.Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting and conducting clients' Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assisting with feeding
- Lifting, transferring and positioning of clients
- Monitoring clients' vital signs
- Medication reminder
- General elderly care and elder-sitting
- Simple nursing procedures (tube feeding, blood glucose monitoring, etc)
- 5-days work week
- No experience is needed (training is provided)
- Working hourse: 8am to 8pm
- Able to work at least 12 hours shift per day
