Adecco is partnering with a leading educational institution dedicated to providing high-quality education in the field of business management. They are committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment that equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in today\'s competitive business landscape.We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our client as a Lecturer in Radiography. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lectures to undergraduate students enrolled in this new radiography program. The Lecturer will play a key role in curriculum development, student mentorship, and contributing to the academic community through research and publication.The Job:

• Teaching & Preparation: Conduct lectures, tutorials, and labs, monitoring student progress and contributing to curriculum development.
• Exam QA & Moderation: Administer and review coursework and exams, ensuring quality and fairness in assessment processes.
• Student & Lecturer Management: Provide support to students and assist in managing and developing academic staff.
• Curriculum Management & Development: Contribute to designing and improving the radiography program curriculum.
• External Partners Liaison & Industry Engagement: Collaborate with university partners and industry stakeholders to enhance program relevance and quality.
• Learning & Development: Contribute to professional development initiatives and maintain currency in relevant fields.
• Assessment Strategies: Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to support student learning.
• General Responsibilities: Undertake administrative duties as needed to support the department\'s operations.

The Talent:

• Masters in Diagnostic Radiography and good English proficiency
• 5 years of working experience in clinical placement/hospital
• Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high academic standards.
• A passion for teaching and a dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools for instructional delivery and academic administration.
