Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing men's accessories, offering expert advice on our range of neckties, cufflinks, and bracelets. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and keep up-to-date with new arrivals and trends. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance. Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked at all times. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or accessories. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for men's fashion and accessories. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or business is a plus.

Position: Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets. Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and sales techniques. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in fashion or accessories. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Keen eye for detail and high standards of store presentation. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion, business, or a related field is preferred.
