Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
Requirements
Prior experience in the food & beverage industry.
Experience in Japanese restaurants is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to perform well under pressure, especially during peak hours.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a
fast-paced environment
