- Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Handle cashier duties and verify accurate data entry in the POS system.
• Ensuring the smooth running of operations at the shop outlet.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and adhere to food hygiene standards when handling food.
• Inventory checks, order processing, and delivery verification.
• Performing any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

- Requirement

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking customer).
• Ability to provide assistance at other outlets as needed.
• A team player with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
• Entry Level and no experience needed.
• Provide polite and attentive customer service.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
