Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with proper purchasing, receiving, and storage practices while upholding high production and presentation standards.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards across the team.
Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs in line with SFA requirements.
