Supervisor / Service Crew

Main Responsibilities
Cultivate a positive, team-driven environment while leading and motivating colleagues effectively.
Assist in the development and fine-tuning of the drinks menu, ensuring all costings remain current and precise.
Oversee bar stock and ingredient control, ensuring all products are accurately labelled, rotated, and stored for maximum freshness and safety.
Work closely with the management team on purchasing, inventory tracking, operational efficiency, and manpower scheduling.
Ensure all beverages are prepared in strict accordance with recipes, SOPs, and brand presentation standards.
Handle guest feedback or issues promptly and professionally to maintain excellent service quality.
Train and coach new staff, reinforcing service standards and encouraging ongoing growth and development.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance in purchasing, receiving, and storage procedures.
Uphold grooming, hygiene, and operational standards across all bar and floor staff.
Conduct regular checks on bar equipment and report any servicing or maintenance needs in compliance with SFA regulations.
Support ongoing company expansion and new outlet launches as required.
