Service Crew Responsibilities:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service : Greet and serve customers with a smile
- Food and Beverage Operations : Prepare and serve food and drinks, manage orders, and handle cash transactions
- Maintain Cleanliness : Ensure cafe premises are clean and tidy
- Team Collaboration : Work with colleagues to ensure smooth cafe operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude, energetic, and team-oriented
