Bar Supervisor / Service Team

Another Bar - 9 Bras Basah Road #02-03

We are on the lookout for a capable and driven Bar Supervisor / Service Team member to support our expanding operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a lively bar setting, enjoys guiding others, and is passionate about elevating the guest experience.

Main Duties

Create a supportive, collaborative work environment by demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills. Oversee bar stock, ingredients, and storage standards to ensure proper labelling, dating, and organisation. Monitor beverage and food preparation to maintain consistency in flavour, presentation, and compliance with SOPs. Deliver exceptional guest service, resolve issues promptly, and manage customer feedback professionally. Train and mentor new team members, helping them meet operational expectations and develop their skills. Handle purchasing, receiving, and stock control for bar supplies to ensure smooth operations. Uphold grooming, hygiene, and service standards across both bar and floor staff. Check the condition of equipment and bar fixtures, reporting issues and arranging repairs when needed. Assist with company growth initiatives, including supporting new outlet openings. Perform general service duties such as order-taking, drink preparation, food service, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Provide personalised service to VIP guests to ensure a high-quality, memorable experience.
