As a Service Crew, you are the heartbeat of our customer experience. From warmly welcoming guests, coordinating dine-in and takeaway orders, crafting refreshing beverages at the bar, to ensuring smooth cashier operations -- you are key to delivering excellence in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Cashier Duties
Greet guests with genuine warmth and process bills accurately
Handle cash and digital transactions securely and efficiently
Ensure a clean and organized cashier station at all times
2. Bar Crew
Prepare and serve drinks (teas, soft drinks, special beverages) with consistency and flair
Maintain hygiene and safety standards when handling food and beverages
Maintain beverages preapration area
3. Hostess Responsibilities
Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they are seated promptly
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations using the seating floor plan
Uphold a calm, composed, and helpful demeanor during busy periods.
4. Main Station Coordinator (Dine-In & Takeaway)
Coordinate seamless flow of dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders
Work closely with kitchen, service, and delivery team to ensure timeliness and accuracy
Anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with both FOH & BOH team members
Job Requirements:
Passionate about people and hospitality
Energetic, positive, and ready to be part of a close-knit team
Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
Physically able to stand for long periods and carry food tray
Comfortable to work 6 days work
