Key Responsibilities
Cashier Duties
Greet guests with genuine warmth and process orders accurately
Handle cash and digital transactions securely and efficiently
Ensure a clean and organized cashier station at all times
Bar Crew Support
Prepare and serve drinks (teas, soft drinks, special beverages) with consistency and flair
Maintain hygiene and safety standards when handling food and beverages
Hostess Responsibilities
Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they are seated promptly
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations using the seating chart
Uphold a calm, composed, and helpful demeanor during busy periods
Main Station Coordinator (Dine-In & Takeaway)
Coordinate seamless flow of dine-in and takeaway orders
Work closely with kitchen, service, and delivery team to ensure timeliness and accuracy
Anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with team members
Job Requirements
Passionate about people and hospitality
Energetic, positive, and ready to be part of a close-knit team
Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Working in Chinese Restaurant environment to serve non and Chinese speaking customers. Able to converse in both English and Mandarin are essential.
Physically able to stand for long periods and carry food trays
