Job Description
The Sewing Trainer will conduct, deliver and facilitate training programs and activities; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes.

Learning outcomes:
- First-hand/ real-world exposure to teaching sewing skills to adult classes
- Able to demonstrate the applied skills of industry-specific technical knowledge and skills.
- Manage and prepare training materials according to the training schedule
- Support the training team to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day processes
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Work with admin team and operations team to provide all necessary teaching materials
- assist senior trainers to develop new curriculum, syllabus and lesson plans
- Proficient in basic sewing skills
- Good communication and time management skills
- Able to commit minimum 2 weeknights AND 2 weekends, 5 days work week, do not need to work on public holiday.
- Being a people person is a must (with a cheerful and friendly attitude)
- ACLP licensed will be preferable
