Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
Can present sample works/portfolio
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fast learner and good team player but can work independently too
Able to multitask effectively
Can work and deliver fast and under pressure
Highly trainable and flexible
Good Photography skills
Knowledgeable in Canva and other editing applications and software
Able to report to the office at least once a month for meetings
Has own laptop/computer that can be used for the project

Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and other relevant platforms
Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
Manages social media communications
