Cafe located in bukit timah is looking for new members, who are teamplayers, highly motivated, energetic and loves engaging customers. If you love coffee, enjoy customer service and are able to work independently with initiative, we would love to hear from you!

• Zero experience may apply, as we believe everyone got to start somewhere.
• Barista Training including: Extraction of coffee, Latte Art, Basic calibration and and dialing in of coffee
• Express interest on Coffee and different brewing techiques
• Work well with consistency under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Able to work independently during peak hours to deliver quality beverages according to Company's quality standards and SOP
• Enjoy customer service with an outgoing and self motivated positive attitude
• Reliable and consistent
• Respecting all colleagues and customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys working in a team and a dynamic environment
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures always

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming customers, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Stock preparation of syrups, cups washing, clearing of tables, serving of food.
• Preparing and serving beverages to customers.
• Packaging food and beverages for sale.
• Constantly learn about different brewing methods, coffee blends, and presentation techniques to improve beverage quality.
• Monitoring inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene
