In this role, you will contribute to Commercial and Operational digital applications and projects, revolutionizing our business and elevating the customer experience. As a digital disruptor, your focus will be on recreating and redefining our business to establish a lasting competitive advantage, with a specific emphasis on building applications for Changi\'s existing and new digital products.Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Develop code based on design documentation for integration into desktop and mobile websites, as well as web applications.
\xc2\xb7 Understand cross-browser and cross-platform concepts and concerns.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure code and design quality through the execution of test plans.
\xc2\xb7 Exhibit a strong attention to detail and understanding of UX and visual design concepts, providing leadership perspective on front and backend technologies and their impact on the creative process.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with internal and external design, business, and technical counterparts.
\xc2\xb7 Adopt an agile approach: Develop, test, analyze, and iterate applications with the end objectives and key results in mind.Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 2-4 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in front-end and backend development for consumer-facing applications, including websites and mobile devices.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to solve complex development problems and produce high-quality code while pushing the technical boundaries of online applications.
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in one or more programming languages; we use Python and JavaScript.
\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with AWS serverless components, e.g., development using DynamoDB, RDS, SNS, SQS, Cognito, S3, API Gateway, AppSync, Lambda with Python.
\xc2\xb7 Manage cloud resources with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform/AWS CDK.
\xc2\xb7 Development and consumption of RESTful web APIs.
\xc2\xb7 Implementation using GIT and working with continuous integration & deployment.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in frontend frameworks such as React and Next.JS.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in design frameworks such as Ant Design and Bootstrap.
