About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Drupal Developer to join our Digital Excellence Center IT team in a challenging and multicultural banking environment. This role focuses on the development and support of web portals and mobile apps for the bank's communication department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design & implement new features and functionality for Drupal-based web platforms.
• Establish and guide website architecture, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Develop & integrate service interfaces between Drupal and external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct technical analysis and provide business-focused solutions.
• Evaluate community solutions and develop custom Drupal modules when required.
• Mentor junior developers in technologies, best practices, and solutions.
• Contribute to task identification, effort estimation, and development schedules.
• Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Test, support, and troubleshoot issues in the existing intranet and internet sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Drupal PHP Web application.

Technical Expertise:

• Drupal 8 & 9 Enterprise Experience (architecture, APIs, module development).
• Drupal Theme Development (Twig, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap 4, CSS/SCSS/SASS).
• PHP & Drupal theme layer knowledge.
• Experience in integrating open-source & third-party applications.
• Good understanding of Drupal caching methods, best practices, and deployments.
• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript expertise for dynamic & responsive web development.
• Familiarity with web browsers' capabilities and limitations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in Node.js, React.js, Angular.js, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server.
• Basic Linux operations.
• Experience with GIT, SSO, NPM, Composer, Drush, and Drupal API.
